Job Title: Sales HR Compliance Program Management Client: Adobe Location: Remote Duration: 6 Months Responsibilities and duties: • Develop and implement a scalable program to support workforce verification (e.g., background checks, work authorization, etc.) requested by customers during project staffing. • Create a framework, processes, standards, and internal controls to resolve requests in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with employment policies, as well as local and national legislation. • Lead the coordination of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business, legal, and HR teams operate in lockstep. • As part of program implementation, deliver comprehensive strategies for change management, training and enablement, and insights and reporting.
