Kelly’s Recruiting Team Lead will develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational hiring needs and goals.

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment budgets and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
  • Create and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for the recruitment team to enhance their skills and knowledge.


Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for recruitment metrics and reporting
  • Expertise in designing and implementing recruitment strategies using SEO and social media platforms
  • Experience with video interviewing tools and virtual hiring platforms
  • Strategic thinking and planning for long-term recruitment initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of recruiters
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for advising on compensation and benefits
  • Adaptability to quickly learn and implement new recruitment technologies and methodologies
  • 10+ Year Experience in a Specialist level professional role


Base pay range for this position is $92,400-$123,200.  Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
