# Job Summary:
Bechtel has a strong tradition of technical and engineering excellence in supporting multiple industries. Bechtel's internship program was created to cultivate real-life industry interest based on hands-on experience. Many new university graduate hires began their careers at Bechtel as a student intern.
Workforce Services / Craft Engagement interns will provide support to corporate, business and project teams in a variety of areas such as communications skills, craft compelling content, building a positive and engaging site culture, and position Bechtel as the employer of choice for Craft Professionals. If you are a curious, detail-oriented self-starter with an understanding of how to write and manage content, you may be a great fit for this opportunity!
In this position, you will learn and grow within the company. You will make meaningful connections, ask questions, research materials, create content that is accurate and interesting to internal and external target audiences.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Support craft professional engagement, retention, and other initiatives.
+ Create communications content (written, photographic, videos) and generate story ideas.
+ Develop content for use on social media and actively manage social media.
