About the position

The Fidelity YOU Program is an early career program experience crafted to prepare individuals for a career in operations. Participants are placed in a full-time position and assimilate into their business team on day 1. The Fidelity YOU program kicks off in week 2 with a week long onboarding and teambuilding event in Westlake, Texas. Upon completion of the robust 2 week on-boarding experience, participants begin training for their full-time role and come together monthly with their cohort for business unit networking and learning sessions focused on building skills and capabilities. As of week 3, you will be training in your business unit role while attending monthly development for the first two years. Fidelity YOU is crafted to support recent graduates in their assimilation to our culture and provides numerous opportunities throughout the 24 month experience for networking, relationship building and accelerated learning. The program meets the learner where they are and provides experiences for associates to learn and apply their newly developed skills in a safe cohort environment. The program experience provides associates with the tools and resources needed to build a robust career in operations.

  • Delivering accurate results quickly and efficiently applying effective time management skills.

  • Maintaining a consistent daily workflow, gaining industry knowledge and building professional skills

Requirements

  • The program starts in June 2026, and will require a bachelor's degree
  • The ability to interpret sophisticated client requests and communicate clearly
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability and analytical skills
