Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Contractor

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on target accounts, industries/sectors, and competitors to inform strategy and messaging.
  • Regularly analyze 1st and 3rd party data from available sources to provide insights to business and sales teams regarding trends, ongoing and new opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work with Insights & Growth team to leverage new enterprise tools.
  • Partner with Sales to foster alignment and accountability between teams before, during, and after campaign launch.
  • Work with sales and business leaders to align ABM/OBM initiatives with business objectives and account plans.
  • Serve as a marketing point of contact for ABM/OBM campaigns, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between teams.
  • Execute multi-channel ABM programs tailored to key accounts, industry/sectors, and domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience leading ABM campaign strategy and execution in B2B organizations
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing marketing automation, CRM, and ABM/OBM platforms and insights tools to identify, segment, and analyze target audiences and opportunities
  • 3+ years of experience mapping and optimizing buyer journeys and working with marketers to define and target ideal customer profiles (ICP)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed team environment
