The company’s mission is to entertain the world by continuously innovating its products and expanding choices for consumers and advertisers through initiatives like its ad-supported model. ## Role Summary The Account Manager will join the Netflix Ads team to lead pre-to-post sale campaign execution and serve as a strategic partner to Netflix Sales. This role ensures flawless campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and cross-functional coordination across sales, ad operations, creative production and finance. ## Key Responsibilities - Partner with assigned Sales Partners to understand client goals and deliver excellent client service - Host regular pipeline and pacing meetings to align on upcoming launches and monitor active campaign performance - Build media plans and contribute to RFP responses (campaign packaging, pricing, targeting) - Run campaign kick-offs and coordinate collection of launch assets from clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production of custom creative assets - Work closely with Ad Operations for order implementation, technical troubleshooting and escalation management - Monitor campaign delivery and performance, recommend and execute optimization tactics - Produce post-campaign wrap reports and provide performance analysis to clients - Support monthly billing and invoicing processes with clients and finance teams - Maintain deep knowledge of ad products, sponsorships, targeting capabilities and ad policies to advise clients and sales ## Required Qualifications - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning in digital media, with a focus on video advertising - Experience with sales operations systems (CRM, OMS) and ad servers - Knowledge of digital media sales and marketplaces, including Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP - Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and cross-functional stakeholder engagement - Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear reporting - Proven project management skills and ability to multitask and manage competing requests - Familiarity with advertising research and verification vendors (e.g., Nielsen, Com. Score, Moat, IAS, Double.
