This job is remote anywhere in Canada. We are looking for aspiring sales leaders who want to join a remote-first company with the option to work from anywhere in the country.
The Opportunity
We are actively seeking an individual for this role to contribute to our team's success by delivering exceptional service through expert knowledge, industry best practices, and outstanding sales performance. The ideal team member will play a key role in fostering long-term client partnerships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional value and return on investment.

This role will involve leading and inspiring a high-performing business development team, overseeing onboarding, training, and motivation. You will drive achievement of sales quotas by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering continuous skill development. In addition to the above, you will elevate the team's success through comprehensive forecasting, ensuring consistently exceptional results!

The goal is to establish TSF as a valuable asset for our clients in realizing their customer and revenue growth objectives.

  • Onboarding, training, and motivating a team of business development professionals
  • Ensuring that quotas are met by establishing regular check-ins with sales teams to set objectives and monitor overall performance/progress
  • Consistently fostering the team's skill development to ensure the application of successful sales strategies and processes, contributing to the achievement of sales goals
  • Successfully achieving client objectives as a result of thorough planning, establishing sales goals and meticulously analyzing performance data
  • Lead revenue expansion initiatives by cultivating and nurturing key client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities, resulting in an upswing in overall account revenue
  • Taking on a comprehensive approach to forecasting, ensuring that strategies are well-informed and adaptive to dynamic market conditions
  • Meet and exceed client expectations, fostering sustainable success in sales initiatives

What You Bring To The Table

  • 3-5+ years experience as an Business Development/Account Manager, Account Executive, mix of both or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience of leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams, encouraging them to consistently deliver their optimal performance
  • You enjoy using insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
  • The ability to recognize the benefits of technology and to learn new systems quickly
  • Proactive drive to innovate and create effective solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A desire to be successful, you’ll be a goal-oriented team player
