This role is an ideal position for a person who would enjoy representing the interests of AAA Northeast within its contractor network, playing a significant role in driving adoption of AAA programs. Working within an assigned area, this role is responsible for not only developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing automotive contractors (accounts) but establishing relationships with potential new accounts as well. This role is remote eligible and does require extensive driving within the assigned area (points Boston north) during daytime business hours, 3-5 days a week.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>NOTE:  Although this role is considered remote, please consider your home location when applying. This role involves extensive travel throughout the Boston and North Shore MA area 3-5 days per week.</strong></p> <p><br> <br> <strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain relationships between Contractor network, the Club (Dispatch, Payment Processing, Auditing, Member Relations, Compliance Administration), and the Club’s Preferred Partners.</li> <li>Conduct regular in-person contractor visits to build relationships, communicate and reinforce AAA program standards, monitor and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).</li> <li>Develop action plans to ensure minimum facility requirements and AAA standards are met.</li> <li>Analyze territory performance and seasonal resource requirements to ensure service levels are met.</li> <li>Manage new contractor process, including recruitment, screening, selection, and onboarding.</li> <li>Provide contractor consulting services regarding operational efficiency, financial performance, and viability.</li> <li>Support deployment of Road Service systems, technology, and equipment, (e.g. Dispatch system, apps, radios, tablets, testers).</li> <li>Prepare materials and coordinate contractor group meetings, including operational review meetings, workgroups, club events, and recognition events.</li> <li>Research industry best practices and technologies and share with peers and contractors.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b>Compensation:</b>  The salary range for this position is <b>$64,900 - $73,450 / year</b>. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, shift differentials and experience. Annual bonuses are offered to employees and certain roles are eligible to earn additional forms of compensation through monthly and/or quarterly incentives.
