Admin Rockin' Executive Virtual Assistant - Remote!

Hey hey! We’re looking for a highly skilled Executive Virtual Assistantto provide senior-level support to C-suite leaders, founders, and high-performing entrepreneurs. This role is ideal for an experienced EA who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at anticipating needs, and operates as a true strategic partner, not just a task executor.

This role requires a blend of executive presence, operational excellence, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex executive calendars with proactive conflict resolution and strategic prioritization
  • Protect executive time by filtering requests, triaging communications, and ensuring daily alignment
  • Prepare leaders for meetings through agendas and follow-up tracking
  • Handle email and inbox management, including drafting responses and managing workflow
  • Serve as a professional liaison between executives and internal/external partners
  • Support leadership meetings, board prep, and cross-functional coordination
  • Document processes and create efficiencies within the executive’s workflow
  • Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries aligned with business goals
  • Manage reservations, logistics, changes, and expense tracking with accuracy
  • Maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential information

Contract- up to 40 hours/wk

100% remote- always!

Flexible schedule- but you’ll need consistent availability during standard U.S. business hours

Rate: $20/hr

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm under shifting deadlines
