Requirements: • Experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or coordination roles. • Strong email management and communication skills. • Comfortable working independently with clear direction. • Experience supporting authors, coaches, speakers, or retreat-based businesses is a plus. • Organized, dependable, and proactive. • Must have clear written and verbal communication in English (native or near-native accent required).
