If you thrive in a busy role, enjoy being the go‑to person, and love keeping everything running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.</p><br/><p> </p><br/><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><br/><p>This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in the smooth running of the office. Your day could include:</p><br/><ul><br/><li>Producing letters, reports, and documents from dictation using Microsoft Office</li><br/><li>Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating appointments</li><br/><li>Handling incoming calls, emails, and post - often drafting routine replies</li><br/><li>Maintaining office systems, filing, archiving and keeping records up to date</li><br/><li>Liaising with colleagues across multiple offices and speaking with external contacts</li><br/><li>Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment</li><br/><li>Photocopying, scanning, printing and supporting colleagues with admin tasks</li><br/><li>Assisting with invoicing and using the Xero accounts system (no experience needed)</li><br/><li>Being a friendly, supportive presence in the office (including making the occasional cuppa!)</li><br/></ul><br/><p> </p><br/><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><br/><p>You don't need prior sector experience - but you <em>do</em> need strong admin skills and the right mindset.
