We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their well-established warehouse operation based in Birstall.

Our client is a reputable and growing logistics-focused business with a strong presence in their sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative support to the warehouse department

  • Processing goods in and goods out documentation

  • Updating and maintaining accurate stock records

  • Managing and tracking inventory through internal systems

  • Liaising with warehouse operatives, drivers and internal departments

  • Supporting daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow

  • General office and warehouse administration duties

  • Managing and processing documentation via Trader Support Service (TSS)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a warehouse administration role

  • Essential: Experience using Trader Support Service (TSS)

  • Strong IT skills and confidence using warehouse management systems

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment with strong attention to detail

  • A flexible and proactive approach to work

Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Flexible shift patterns, typically 6:00am-2:00pm or 7:00am-3:00pm

Pay:

  • Ā£14.42 per hour
