Advanced Application Analyst - Press Ganey & Corporate Application Support

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Application Support Analyst to serve as the primary support resource for Press Ganey survey platforms (Employee Experience, Patient Experience, Culture of Safety, and CMS-mandated surveys), SAP Concur Travel & Expense Management, Procare or similar physician compensation applications, and additional systems supporting key corporate functions.

This role ensures reliable system performance, timely issue resolution, strong vendor coordination, and high-quality support for end users across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in multi-application support, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Press Ganey Survey Support (Primary Focus)

  • Serve as the primary system administrator and support contact for all Press Ganey platforms.
  • Manage survey setup, configuration, scheduling, and distribution across Employee Experience, Patient Experience, Culture of Safety, and CMS-required surveys.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with Press Ganey technical support, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support data extracts, reporting needs, and dashboard access for leaders and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and communication related to survey processes.

SAP Concur Travel & Expense Support

  • Provide Tier 1-2 support for Concur Travel & Expense Management.
  • Assist with user setup, policy configuration, workflow routing, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Finance and HR to ensure compliance with organizational travel and expense policies.
  • Support reporting, audits, and system updates.

Procare (or Similar Physician Compensation Application) Support

  • Provide functional and technical support for Procare or comparable physician compensation systems.
  • Assist with compensation plan setup, data validation, workflow troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Partner with Finance, Physician Services, and HR to ensure accurate and timely compensation processing.
  • Coordinate with vendors on system issues, enhancements, and upgrades.

Corporate Application Support

  • Provide functional and technical support for additional corporate applications as assigned (HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance, escalate issues to vendors or internal teams, and track resolution.
  • Assist with testing, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a variety of business applications in a corporate or healthcare environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Strongly Preferred

  • Press Ganey system support experience (administration, survey setup, reporting, or technical troubleshooting).
  • Experience supporting Procare or similar physician compensation applications.

Preferred

  • Epic Systems experience or understanding, especially related to overall Epic system configuration/understanding, patient experience workflows, data integration, or reporting.
  • Experience with SAP Concur or other enterprise travel/expense systems.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, HR systems, or quality/safety reporting tools.
