The Aesthetician will perform laser hair removal, skincare, and aesthetic treatments tailored to each client’s needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Additional responsibilities include:</em></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Assisting with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records</li><li>Educating clients on pre- and post-treatment care</li><li>Recommending and selling skincare products aligned with client goals</li><li>Maintaining equipment and adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols</li><li>Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships</li><li>Conducting client consultations and developing personalized treatment plans</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Candidates must be <strong>flexible to work clinic hours (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)</strong> and able to handle both treatment and administrative duties efficiently.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Must reside in Kingston, Jamaica</strong></li><li><strong>Licensed Aesthetician in Jamaica</strong></li><li><strong>Certificate or diploma from a recognized and accredited Beauty Institute</strong> (e.g., La Marie, Distinction College, or equivalent)</li><li>Proficiency in chemical peels, hair removal and skincare techniques</li><li>Basic proficiency in <strong>English and Mathematics</strong></li><li>Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and basic appointment scheduling software</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport</li><li>Sales and product recommendation experience</li><li>Professional appearance, attention to detail, and client-focused approach</li><li>Ability to multitask between treatment and front desk duties</li><li>Must be able to work long hours as scheduled</li><li>Prior experience in laser treatments or medical aesthetics is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
