Affiliate Marketing Manager (Junior+/Middle, Remote)

Twinkly Ads is a global performance marketing agency focused on scaling mobile apps through data-driven user acquisition, retargeting, and CTV campaigns. We work on a CPA basis and prioritise long-term value, clean traffic, and measurable ROI over volume for the sake of volume.

We are a lean, international team working across multiple markets, partnering directly with advertisers and focusing on performance that actually drives revenue.

⚠Important: This role is offered on a self-employed / independent contractor basis. Candidates must be comfortable operating as a freelancer and managing their own taxes and legal requirements.

What you’ll do:

  • Take full ownership of assigned offers
  • Decide which affiliates/publishers to launch
  • Monitor traffic quality, fraud, caps, CR
  • Daily performance control and reporting
  • Work closely with sales and finance teams

Compensation:

  • Fixed monthly salary
  • Performance-based bonus tied to offer margin
  • Payments via individual entrepreneur

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to traffic quality
  • Solid understanding of CPA models and basic fraud indicators
  • High level of responsibility and independence
  • Ability to work with numbers on a daily basis
  • English level: B2–C1
