You will promote our courses, build strong employer partnerships to secure high‑quality work placements, and support students through both practical and written assessments, regular reviews, and personalised guidance. A key part of the role involves maintaining robust safeguarding and health & safety standards, completing risk assessments, and ensuring all placement checks are carried out effectively. You’ll also keep accurate records, stay up to date with industry developments, and actively engage in CPD to ensure our curriculum remains current and impactful. Your enthusiasm, organisation, and ability to build positive relationships will help learners grow in confidence and succeed. </p><p>Who We’re Looking For<br>We’re looking for a confident, motivated and forward‑thinking individual with strong character, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people. You will bring significant industry experience in agriculture, animal care and basic equine work, alongside strong IT skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, employers and a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll be highly organised, an innovative problem‑solver, and able to balance competing demands while maintaining high expectations for yourself and others.
