Airbnb Turnover Cleaner – $16/hr + Bonuses

We’re hiring detail-oriented cleaners for Airbnb turnover cleanings. This is not basic house cleaning, this is fast, efficient, 5-star reset cleaning.

Homes must be fully cleaned and guest-ready within 4 hours for same-day check-ins.

What You’ll Be Doing

Airbnb turnover cleanings between 11am–3pm (sometimes same-day flips).

This includes:

  • Full home reset cleaning
  • Laundry (wash, dry, fold)
  • Making beds hotel-style
  • Dusting all surfaces
  • Sweeping & mopping
  • Deep kitchen and bathroom cleaning
  • Wiping down everything guests touch
  • Taking trash out
  • Final walkthrough to ensure vacation-ready standards

This is fast-paced work. You must be able to manage time well and finish within the 4-hour window.

  • Detail-oriented cleaners (you notice crumbs, smudges, hair, fingerprints)
  • Reliable and punctual individuals
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Able to handle physical cleaning tasks
  • Flexible with schedule (some same-day turnovers)
  • Experience preferred, but strong work ethic matters more
