Airbnb Property Manager (Airbnb Experience REQUIRED)

About the Role

We are a growing short-term rental portfolio in the Atlanta area seeking a Lead Property Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple units.

This role is ideal for someone with property management or hospitality experience who is comfortable managing operations independently, coordinating teams, and ensuring a consistent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple short-term rental units
  • Manage guest communication, issue resolution, and rule enforcement
  • Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, and on-site needs
  • Review daily and overnight activity and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Supervise and support virtual assistants or support staff
  • Review reports and ensure operational accuracy
  • Follow established SOPs and contribute to process improvements as needed
  • Escalate significant or unusual issues appropriately

  • Properties operate smoothly and consistently
  • Guest issues are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Tasks and follow-ups are completed without reminders
  • Communication is clear and proactive

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, or operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and workflows
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Must be based in or near Atlanta, GA

Short-term rental experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Schedule & Availability

  • Salaried position
  • Core daytime availability required
  • Occasional after-hours or overnight attention may be needed for urgent issues
