Airport Operations Agent

You will be joining STARLUX Airlines as an Airport Operations Agent based in Phoenix, AZ. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Work in shifts to ensure smooth airport operations for each flight. - Supervise partnering Ground Handling Agents (GHAs) to ensure their performance aligns with Company SOPs. - Develop and conduct airport operation training/audit programs as per Company policies. - Address flight irregularities and passenger complaints during the handling process. - Collaborate with airport authority for flight operational handling and report any non-compliance issues. Additionally, you will be involved in the initial setup, which includes assisting with airport office setup, vendor selection, and paperwork preparation. You will also work on developing local airport operations SOP and procedures, as well as supporting the Station Manager with systems setup and inaugural flight drills. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong leadership, multitasking, communication, and coordination skills. - Quick problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel. - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
