Apollo.io and HubSpot Integration Expert Needed

We are seeking an expert familiar with both Apollo.io and HubSpot to assist with the setup of Apollo.io for seamless integration with HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in optimizing Apollo.io accounts, ensuring that our sales and marketing efforts are maximized. You will be responsible for linking the two platforms effectively, troubleshooting any issues, and providing guidance on best practices. If you have a proven track record in this area, we would love to hear from you! DETAILS: Apollo.io has many new features since we used it 3 years ago (back then it did not fit all our needs). Our goals for hiring you are as follows: 1. Setup our Apollo.io integration with our Hubspot account, ensuring that all bi-directional updates between the platforms are done correctly - as well as confirm that Apollo Hubspot integration actually can do all that we need it to. 2. Setup our Apollo.io account with us, (its vast and help center is confusing) so that it's setup in the optimal way to meet our needs for cold email sending sequences and a separate Marketing Drip Email campaign for nurturing leads that did not reply to the cold emails or were not interested right now. 3. Explain to us the pros/cons and feature holes in the Apollo Email Warm Up tool, and how we can keep our domain sending reputation high among all of our different email domains (and getting additional email domains). 4. Best way to Rotate through replies going to each of our 3 sales reps. So that 1 sales rep is not getting all of the replies and best way to do that. 5. How to streamline our process for exporting leads from our Hubspot, importing them to Apollo, and ensuring no duplicates are created. Right now with Instantly.ai this process takes us HOURS and is a 12 step process, we need to cut that down so it's easier and less tedious with Apollo. 6. After hearing what our goals are (would send a detailed spec if hired) meeting with us and showing us the best way to accomplish our goals. 7. Identifying for us if any feature holes or gaps that Apollo cannot do. i.e. If what we are trying to accomplish has any impossible asks. 8. Showing us how to scale to sending 2x 5x or even 10x the email volume we are sending currently in a safe and sustainable way. 9. Showing us IF Apollo's lead gen tool can actually get us the right ICP leads (3 years ago it could not). Maybe things have changed. Apply tot his job
