Apparel Product Line Merchandising Senior Manager, F1 Apparel [Remote]

This position will build and help drive the end-to-end strategy, design briefing, and commercialization of seasonal apparel collections, collaborating with design, development to deliver consumer-right products. They analyze market trends, manage product lifecycles, and align with financial goals to create, drive, and execute successful product lines. . This is not a remote position and will require travel to be present in-office at the Henderson, NV location 3-4 days per week, and various event/office/warehouse locations as needed.<br /> RESPONSIBILITIES<br /> • Must have experience building schedules, always keeping design and development on track.<br /> • Product Strategy & Creation: Create consumer-right product briefs, build line plans, and guide the product creation process from initial concept to final sample approval.<br /> • Marketplace Analysis: Analyze competitors, consumer trends, and business metrics (bookings, sell-through) to make informed, strategic decisions.<br /> • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with design, development, materials and marketing to ensure timely delivery and innovative apparel creation.<br /> • Systems Management: Maintain accuracy in data systems, including Visual Line Plans (VLPs) and product creation tools.<br /> • Go-to-Market (GTM) Support: Partner with merchandising on product sell-in, ensuring that the product vision is effectively communicated to sales teams and partners.<br /> • Recruit, hire and onboard various team members and vendors<br /> • Special projects as assigned<br /> QUALIFICATIONS<br /> • 6-8 years+ experience in apparel product line management and product design/merchandising<br /> • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.<br /> • Strong experience in apparel merchandising, product management, or retail buying.<br /> • Deep understanding of retail math, financial metrics, and consumer trends.<br /> • Must have extensive knowledge of raw materials and garment construction<br /> • Extensive experience working and communicating with domestic and international manufacturers<br /> • Proven ability to provide leadership, supervision and direction to peers through development process<br /> • Ability to demonstrate capabilities through a costing exercise<br /> • Familiarity leading a team and working with a PLM system<br /> • Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite<br /> • Strong communication skills both verbal and written and must be able to actively and attentively listen<br /> • Must be able to travel 30% of time<br /> PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT<br /> • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments<br /> • May work in drastic temperature climates<br /> • Must be willing travel to work events during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines<br /> Applicants for employment in the US must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.<br /> EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY<br /> We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
