Job Title: Front of the house team member

Duties:
- Serve guests with good quality food and service

- Prepare and close the restaurant for the next day's operations and stock
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipments, utensils, and surfaces
- Ensure food preparation areas are organized and stocked and rotated/tempered
- Assist with food handling and preparation as needed
- Operate the POS system to process customer orders and payments
- Provide excellent customer service by upselling menu items and addressing customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and presentable dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth closing procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field preferred
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete closing tasks within designated timeframes
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
