Arrears Executive – Fully Remote

Salary of £26,000 per annum.    Plus the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £1,000 per year

37.5 Hours Per Week

7.5 hour shift Monday - Friday between 8am and 8pm

1 in 3 Saturdays (9am - 2pm)

Start Date: End of March

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Arrears Executive, you’ll be a reassuring voice for customers who are navigating challenging financial situations. Day to day, you will:

  • Speak with customers undergoing the debt recovery process—listening carefully, showing empathy, and helping ease their concerns
  • Carry out income and expenditure assessments to understand affordability and establish sustainable repayment plans
  • Use your judgement to signpost customers to external support organisations such as Citizens Advice or charitable debt services
