We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Associate Manager, Lifecycle Operations to join our Growth, Engagement, and Retention team at arenaflex. Job Summary: In this exciting role, you will utilize marketing automation tools and analytics to optimize campaign performance throughout the subscriber journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement enhancements, and develop tailored marketing efforts to meet specific audience needs. Your expertise in navigating complex data systems will bring marketing and transactional journeys to life, and your analytical mindset will drive data-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: Leverage marketing automation tools and analytics to optimize campaign performance throughout the subscriber journey Contribute to regular assessments of marketing tools, identifying areas for improvement and supporting implementation of enhancements Collaborate on customer segmentation parameters and cohorts to tailor marketing efforts to specific audience needs and behaviors Navigate complex data systems to bring to life marketing and transactional journeys and automations Document, execute, and measure successes of critical, legally required, and data-compliant transactional campaigns and audiences Collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, Lifecycle Marketing, and Data Analytics teams to create, test, and measure end-to-end solutions and performance Maintain templates across email and audiences to ensure content and legal requirements are up to date and streamline processes Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of work experience in CRM/Lifecycle marketing, with a solid understanding of digital marketing operations and a primary focus on growth, retention, and engagement strategies and personalization tactics Thorough comprehension of testing frameworks and methodologies needed for designing end-to-end experiments Expertise in corporate-level CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and audience segmentation tools (SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, customer.io, or similar) A self-starter capable of working independently but also as part of a team A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products/partners as surfaced A love for all things TV and Film!
