Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending. TIPS cert. a plus. You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Preferred candidate will be able to work in Millers Falls, and South Deerfield.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings.
- Process orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate billing and payment handling.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management to ensure stock availability.
- Uphold food safety standards while handling ingredients and serving food items when required.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques, menu offerings, and customer service best practices.

Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry, preferably in nightclub or fine dining settings.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and food handling practices.
- Proficient in using Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems for order processing.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance guest experiences through upselling techniques.
- A commitment to upholding food safety standards and ensuring a clean work environment.
