What You’ll Do:
  • Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) customer service via phone
  • Assist patients with billing, insurance questions, and account resolution
  • Research and resolve discrepancies or issues with patient accounts
  • Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary
  • Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims
  • Set up and manage payment plans
  • Accurately document all interactions in the system
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed



What You’ll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication, listening, and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask (listen, speak, and type simultaneously)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality is a plus
