Job overview We are seeking a skilled, creative, and strategic Bot Creator who shares our passion for evangelism and wants to join our dynamic team. The Bot Creator is responsible for setting up, testing, implementing, and maintaining chatbot and automation solutions across various platforms to support Social Direct’s goals. It involves hands-on work to build, update, and troubleshoot chatbots while managing project details and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. The position focuses on practical implementation, administration, and quality assurance, ensuring bots are tested, compliant, and effective. The candidate will collaborate with tech, data, and localisation teams, maintaining strong communication and documentation. This role suits someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while confidently executing chatbot tasks—rather than deep technical expertise. Specific Responsibilities Set up, test, and maintain chatbots and automation bots across platforms such as websites, messaging apps, and social media. Configure, update, and troubleshoot chatbot systems to ensure all components function accurately and efficiently. Deploy and test bots, focusing on functionality, accuracy, and issue resolution, while documenting results clearly. Track, analyse, and report A/B test outcomes, presenting findings in a structured and actionable format. Support the design of intuitive, user-friendly customer journeys for seekers and users across all chatbot interactions. Collaborate closely with Localisation Manager, Localisation, and Tech teams to ensure alignment with Social Direct’s strategic objectives. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, spreadsheets, and reports on chatbot configurations, updates, and performance. Maintain consistency in tone, accuracy, and messaging across all bots, including managing multi-language translations with localisation teams. Manage deadlines, monitor implementation progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards. Understand and apply chatbot data analysis to monitor quality, accuracy, and user experience. Contribute to product roadmaps, sprint planning, and feature development through effective coordination, reporting, and follow-up. Act as the main point of contact for chatbot updates, ensuring clear communication, compliance with platform policies, and strong version control for long-term scalability. As part of a global organisation, you will be required to collaborate across time zones, which may involve out-of-hours availability.  General Responsibilities Fulfil all duties outlined above for this specific role, and as directed below for all team members within CV. Analytical and organised, with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free work. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment Proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, task management tools, or project tracking software No advanced technical expertise required, but willingness to learn and confidently use chatbot platforms and automation tools is essential. Bachelor’s degree or 2 years experience in Administration, Operations, Communications, or Project Management.
