Business Analyst (Hybrid / Telework Eligible)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Small Business Office (SBO). In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights that help DHA leadership evaluate performance, monitor small business participation, and meet statutory reporting requirements. Your work will directly support federal acquisition objectives, small business goals, and leadership decision-making across the Military Health System. Location: Location: Falls Church, VA (Hybrid / Telework Eligible) Work Environment: Hybrid / Government facility support as directed Status: Actively Interviewing No of positions: 2 Requirements: Minimum/General Experience: 5 years of experience supporting federal programs in a business analysis, data analysis, or program support role Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field; Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience supporting federal programs, preferably within DoD or DHA environments • Working knowledge of federal acquisition and compliance frameworks, including:Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR),Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS),Small Business Act, Mentor-Protégé Program structures and governance • Experience analyzing data to support program execution, performance metrics, and leadership reporting • Ability to monitor multiple data sources, extract salient facts, and prepare concise analytical summaries • Prior experience supporting Small Business Offices, acquisition organizations, or program management offices • Experience producing weekly, monthly, and semiannual performance reports • Familiarity with dashboarding, scorecards, or data visualization tools • Experience supporting outreach metrics, trend analysis, or performance tracking • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing Government-facing products • Proficiency with arenaflex Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Adept at using advanced tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik to create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights Key Tasks: • Provide business and data analysis support to advance small business program execution and performance monitoring • Monitor and synthesize data from multiple internal and external sources, including email inboxes, reports, and public information channels • Compile, analyze, and validate data supporting:Weekly program execution and achievement reporting,Semiannual subcontracting performance reporting,Ongoing program performance metrics and trends • Develop analytical summaries, trend analyses, and leadership-ready reports to support decision-making • Support evaluation of strategic initiatives and progress against small business participation goals • Assist in the preparation of briefings, dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries • Coordinate with program staff and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness • Maintain standardized, audit-ready documentation and reporting templates • Support outreach and communications analysis, including tracking engagement activities and outcomes • Ensure all work products comply with applicable federal standards, policies, and non-personal services requirements Security Requirements • U.S. Citizenship required • Active Secret Security Clearance (preferred) • Ability to maintain DoD clearance eligibility Benefits: At Red Pulley Technology Solutions, we invest in our people so they can deliver exceptional results in support of critical U.S. DoD issions.
