Business Analyst – Planning and Support (UAE Nationals only)

Business Analyst - Sales Administration plays a pivotal role in enabling sales effectiveness, strengthening operational governance, and supporting day‑to‑day business processes across the sales organization. The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of business operations to help drive continuous improvement and seamless administrative support.



Key Responsibilities



Sales Support & Business Operations



  • Provide end‑to‑end administrative and operational support to sales teams, ensuring smooth functioning of business processes and adherence to internal standards.
  • Analyse factual and operational data to identify trends, patterns, or inconsistencies that may impact performance, productivity, or customer experience.
  • Use insights to diagnose operational challenges and recommend enhancements to workflows, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor sales related KPIs, performance metrics and overall scorecard / business requirements
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues impacting sales operations.

Controls & Governance



  • Execute key controls for the business unit, assess the effectiveness of existing control processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements to strengthen the overall control environment.



    Perform the Managers Control Assessment (MCA) in strict adherence to all applicable policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely execution.



    Drive and implement control enhancements aimed at improving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and reducing risk exposure across the business.



  • Support the management of outsourced vendor relationships, including monitoring KPIs, service levels, and overall performance.
  • Participate in governance routines by contributing to reporting, documentation, and compliance-related requirements.
  • Assist in transition projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring process adherence during change initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement



  • Work closely with sales agents, vendor teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on business needs.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of how the team interacts with broader business units to deliver shared objectives.

Qualifications & Skills



  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to interpret operational data.
  • Experience managing or working with outsourced vendors, including performance monitoring and governance routines.
  • Exposure to transition or process improvement projects is an advantage.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of industry practices, operational standards, and administrative processes.
