This role focuses on managing inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales cycle from initial engagement through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a data-driven approach to sales, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Order Tracking & Management: Manage the full post-sales process including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and payment collection.</li><li>Quote & Order Processing: Prepare quotes, manage order entry in ERP (Netsuite), and ensure timely processing of transactions. Handle managed sales orders and Master Sales Orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing in Netsuite.</li><li>Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ERP (Netsuite) to support reliable reporting and forecasting.</li><li>Partner Inventory Tracking: Monitor partner stock levels, highlighting risks and opportunities.</li><li>Sales Enablement: Collaborate with account managers to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing data insights and presentations using Power BI.</li><li>Quote & Sales Order Generation: Prepare accurate quotes and convert closed deals into sales orders within our ERP (Netsuite).</li><li>Customer Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers regarding order status, tracking information, and issue resolution.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience</li><li>OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 4+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience</li><li>OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience<br><br><br></li></ul>This role is U.S.-based, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>This position will be supporting customers in Latin America and the successful candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer service in a B2B environment.</li><li>Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Power BI.</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong sales rigor and operational discipline</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and partners.</li><li>Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving skills.</li><li>Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and customer satisfaction.<br><br><br></li></ul>Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
