We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to accelerate commercial growth within the biller segment. This role is focused on acquiring new business through proactive outbound prospecting, lead generation, and strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing a qualified pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets.

Role Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Proactively source and qualify new leads via cold outreach, networking, and market research.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across targeted industries and geographies.

  • Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

Contract Negotiation & Onboarding

  • Negotiate favorable contract terms with prospective clients.

  • Ensure seamless progression from contract execution to active transaction flow.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite onboarding and remove activation barriers.

Sales Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.

  • Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and support lead generation campaigns.

Role Requirements

  • 1–3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Skilled at leveraging CRM platforms to manage candidate leads, track pipeline progress, and maintain detailed records; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies

  • Experience with Market Research Tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Basic – interpret sales metrics and dashboards.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Superior organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary 

The on-target earnings range is $50,000 to $60,000 base per year + commission, which includes a base salary and commission that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
