We have an aggressive business strategy going direct to contractors in the professional home improvement space, and we are looking for self-motivated, outgoing individuals to network and drive sales for the team!<br><br>Southeast Region includes Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>About This Role:</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"><b> </b></p><p>This role is responsible for direct sales and growing the business through sourcing new relationships.  We are looking for a professional in this space with experience, existing contractor contacts, and existing relationships to hit the ground running.</p><p><b>General Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develop a proactive pipeline for identifying, reaching, and engaging key contacts at target companies for all HIL programs and services.</li><li>Participate in formal and informal evaluation of partner opportunities, including RFPs, integration into existing partnerships, new strategic opportunities, etc.</li><li>Understand and being able to communicate the company goals, vision, and product strategy.</li><li>Collaborate with internal support teams and business partners to cumulate and shape relevant development content showcasing FNBO’s set of marketing tools, digital functionality and integration and customer solutions that would appeal to prospective partners.</li><li>Develop top notch presentations, proposals, and pitches that are innovative</li><li>Work with business team to onboard new partner relationships transitioning them into relationship management<ul><li>Help facilitate the new partner onboarding process including ensuring completion of training and documentation</li></ul></li><li>Maintain a knowledge and understanding of the competitive environment and recommend changes to strategy to ensure competitiveness in the industry</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Day-to-Day Duties:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Work closely with Product and Business team to develop valuable products, pricing, and customer experiences for each program</li><li>Call on key contacts and source new leads</li><li>Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry specific venues to enhance the pipeline</li><li>Stay attuned to emerging technologies and competitors to ensure our competitive edge</li><li>Work with cross functional key stakeholders to:<ul><li>Understand our Risk Appetite and Credit Risk posture</li><li>Finance on profitability and return metrics.</li><li>Ensure seamless onboarding of new programs</li></ul></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>The Ideal Candidate for This Role:</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"><b> </b></p><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in sales or account management in the HIL industry</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred</li><li>Building relationships internally and externally; prospecting new partners, building pipeline of new business</li><li>Ability to collaborate across teams</li><li>Salesforce experience and ability to source and manage lead lists</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication is a must</li><li>Best in class presentation skills</li><li>Knowledge of P&L and how we make money in banking/financing</li><li>Collaboration is key.  This role will be required to work with many different areas within our matrixed organization so success is dependent on being able to navigate those relationships.</li><li>Proven track record of sound decision making</li><li>Outstanding strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to innovate, think out-of-the-box, and to problem solve.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Compensation:</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"><b> </b></p>Compensation range (base pay): <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">$81,662.00-$134,741.00</span><p><i>This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.</i></p><p></p><p><span>Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Work Environment: </b></p><p></p>It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work remotely, offering you the freedom to contribute to our mission from wherever you work best, without compromising on career growth or connection to our team.
