Redwire has a newly created position for a Business Systems Analyst, Staff. The company is geographically dispersed with employees in Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Virginia, Colorado and California. The position is hybrid —the ideal candidate will be located within commuting distance of one of our offices in Jacksonville, FL, Littleton, CO., Longmont, CO, or Albuquerque, NM. Summary Redwire is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team! We are seeking a dedicated Business Systems Analyst, Staff with a focus on Deltek Costpoint to join our finance team. This position is responsible for the setup and maintenance of projects within the financial system, managing financial system maintenance, as well as supporting the monthly close process. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot system issues, provide support to financial teams, participate in ERP implementation projects, and deliver training on various financial modules to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial systems operations. The position will provide many opportunities to drive financial process innovation and will provide exposure to many facets of company operations which impact corporate financial processing and reporting. Responsibilities • Manage the setup of projects, including maintenance of financial data within Deltek Costpoint. • Oversee the monthly close process in Deltek Costpoint, ensuring accurate and timely completion. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and guidance to accounting and financial teams. • Participate in the business system implementation teams including design, functional testing, and data validation to ensure quality solutions and ensure that all financial modules are meeting organizational needs and control requirements. • Provide system support and training users across the company focused on the financial systems component of the ERP. • Collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and alignment of financial information. • Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements within the financial system. • Support ad hoc financial system projects and reporting as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. Ideal Experience • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint, with a strong understanding of financial system maintenance and project setup. • Proven problem-solving abilities, particularly in financial systems troubleshooting. • Experience participating in ERP implementation teams, including design, functional testing, and data validation. • Experience in training users on financial system modules. • Excellent communication skills and experience working collaboratively across departments. Desired Skills • Experience with a public company or with government contracts is a plus. • Familiarity with other financial systems like Unanet is an advantage. • Knowledge of Government Contracting to include the FAR and CAS • Experience with reporting tools and the arenaflex Office suite • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. We will evaluate external equity and the arenaflex of labor/prevailing wage index, in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
