Business Systems Analyst - UT, ID, CO, NV, TX, AZ, CA

About the position Zions Bancorporation is currently accepting applications for a Business Systems Analyst. This position is remote in AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, TX, or UT. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to be responsible for various system functions, including: Incident, change, system and project management. Troubleshoot websites, applications, and user access issues. Document incident items and escalate as necessary. Coordinate issue resolution and validation of service restored. Assist in troubleshooting servers, transmissions, and firewall access issues. Perform application trouble shooting, and make recommendations for improvements and changes. Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues. Facilitate new or enhanced change management requests and post change validations. Schedule change controls. Configure installed software on all environments, perform fine tuning and application documentation. Assist with Disaster recovery testing. Be responsible for application and infrastructure monitoring, coordinates with enterprise management and business unit on assigning and updating alerts. Coordinate report reprints and monitor job. Perform other duties as assigned.
