We are seeking home-based 'Telephone Interviewers' within our evening team. You choose the shifts you want to work.


What are you going to do:

Field Locker is a market research company. We conduct telephone surveys with other businesses and members of the general public. We are seeking home-based 'Telephone Interviewers' to join our B2B Team.

The team operates between 9am- 5pm Monday-Friday. You can mix and match what days you prefer as follows:

  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (7.25 hours + break)
  • Saturday 10am-2pm

Here's what makes a good interviewer:

  • Strong verbal communication - are you a good talker?
  • Confidence - you'll definitely gain lots of confidence in the role, but can you talk to a stranger over the phone?
  • Computer literate - can you use a computer and type accurately?
  • Target driven - can you handle daily targets? Our Team Leaders help coach and motivate you
  • Professionalism - can you be professional over the phone with different types of people?
  • No experience is required, full training given

What do we pay? In line with the living wage we pay based on age bands which are currently:

  • 21 and over £12.21 per hour + holiday pay = £13.68 p/hour equivalent
  • 18-20 £10.00 per hour + holiday pay = £11.20 p/hour equivalent
  • 16-17 £7.55 per hour + holiday pay = £8.46 p/hour equivalent
  • A bonus scheme to add up to £275 per month
