Campaign Manager, Customer Marketing

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Customer Marketing team and help us tell cohesive, impactful stories to customers that drive upsell, product adoption, and customer engagement. The hospitality industry is fast-paced, and our customers are incredibly busy people; you'll orchestrate campaigns across channels to create a compelling customer narrative that cuts through the noise. This is a hands-on role where you'll dive deep into campaign planning and execution while contributing to strategic direction. About this roll* (Responsibilities) • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns spanning email, in-product (web/mobile), SMS, social, video, and paid media, keeping cross-functional teams on track with deadlines and deliverables to ensure coordinated messaging and optimal customer experience • Partner closely with stakeholders across Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Brand, and Marketing Operations to establish the campaign operational framework, including processes for planning, execution, measurement, and optimization that will define how customer campaigns function at Toast • Contribute to campaign strategy while maintaining a strong focus on flawless execution and project management, holding high execution standards to ensure all customer-facing work reflects Toast's brand and enterprise-quality expectations • Partner with the Customer Marketing Analytics to review campaign performance metrics and develop reporting frameworks that demonstrate impact on KPIs like product adoption, upsell revenue, and customer engagement Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements) • 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation in campaign management and cross-functional collaboration (preferably in a customer marketing role) • SaaS/B2B background, with understanding of complex product ecosystems and business customer needs • Marketing technology experience with tools like Marketo, Pendo, Braze, or similar tools • Adaptability and growth mindset - you're excited to learn and grow within this role • Project management excellence with the ability to prioritize competing demands, drive accountability without direct authority, and keep complex initiatives on track • Strategic mindset paired with execution focus - you think thoughtfully about the bigger picture but love rolling up your sleeves to get things done • Strong business acumen with genuine curiosity to understand our products, customers, and internal operations AI at Toast At Toast we’re Hungry to Build and Learn. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
