Role Summary The Campaign Manager – North America will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness for Broadpin’s Oracle consulting and modernization services. This role will work closely with the NA Field Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns align with regional business objectives and global marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with strong project management skills and experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing. Key Responsibilities • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, social) targeting Oracle customers and prospects in North America. • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline acceleration. • Content Coordination: Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to ensure messaging resonates with regional audiences. • Event Support: Partner with field marketing to execute regional events, webinars, and sponsorships. • Budget Management: Track campaign budgets and ensure arenaflex-effective execution. • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization. • Sales Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to ensure campaigns support account-based marketing and regional priorities. Collaboration Points • NA Field Marketing Manager: Align on regional strategy and priorities. • Global Marketing Team: Ensure consistency with global brand and messaging. • Sales Team: Coordinate on lead follow-up and campaign feedback. • Product Marketing: Integrate product positioning into campaigns. • Digital Marketing: Optimize paid and organic channels for campaign success. Profile Requirements • Experience: 3–5 years in B2B marketing campaign management, preferably in enterprise technology or Oracle ecosystem. • Skills: • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing tactics and tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics). • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance. • Experience working in Oracle CX and Eloqua Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
