We are seeking a friendly and highly motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to join our team. This position offers significant visibility to our valued customers and requires outstanding customer service skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a dedication to maintaining a professional appearance. The ideal candidate will also possess strong cash handling abilities, ensuring accurate and error-free transactions.


Position Contingencies:

Candidates must consent to a criminal background check and be willing to undergo a drug test prior to employment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
  • Handle complex transactions with skill and confidence.
  • Stay informed about promotional products and effectively upsell the customers to consider additional items.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both customers and coworkers.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the store and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and appealing presentation of the store, including product displays, cooler doors, and store exterior. Responsibilities also include emptying trash, bagging ice, and restocking items during quieter periods.
