Handles both represented and unrepresented first and third-party cases appropriate for resolution with independent settlement limit of up to $25,000. Handles claims in multiple states including licensed states and statutory states (OK license required). Handles Homeowner liability low complexity property damage claims.</p><p></p><p>Supports the claims organization by handling Small Claims related matters to conclusion. When necessary, may own claims of low complexity when supporting catastrophes. May handle first party non-liability-based injury claim (Medical Payment and PIP).</p><p></p><h2><b>Your Work: </b></h2><ul><li>Assigned as Owning/Adjuster when injury exposure is identified.</li><li>Handles mostly simple to moderate 1st and 3rd party auto liability cases involving injury with unrepresented and attorney-represented claimants.</li><li>May handle 1st party Medical payment and PIP.</li><li>May assists in catastrophes related activities including handling simple homeowner losses.</li><li>Responsible for handling, managing, investigating, negotiating, settling and/or resolving injury claims with exposure valued less than $25,000.</li><li>Ability to manage communications in writing, by telephone and by electronic means (e.g., e-mail)</li><li>Adjuster to manage productivity by seeking claim assignments through designated queues in the claim system.
