TransForce is seeking a CDL B Driver to support local operations based in St. John, IN.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL B Driver Details

  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am – 3:30pm OT after 40

  • Pay: $25 Per Hour

  • Route Type: Local

  • Freight / Load Type: Steel pipes and underground waterworks parts and materials

  • Equipment: Freightliner flatbed straight truck

  • Handling: Heavy touch

CDL B Driver Minimum Requirements:

  • License: CDL B

  • Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL B Driver Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate flatbed straight truck on local routes

  • Transport steel pipes and pallets of underground waterworks materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

  • Perform required handling tasks including unloading when required

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including unloading when required
