CDO/CLO Modeling Analyst – Boston

Overview Location: Boston Role Type: Full Time We are seeking an experienced CDO/CLO Modeling Analyst with a strong background in structured credit, specifically Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs). The ideal candidate will be proficient in interpreting CDO indentures, modeling compliance tests in CDO Suite, and analyzing test results to ensure regulatory and deal-specific compliance. Responsibilities • Review and interpret CDO indenture documents to extract relevant compliance requirements. • Build and execute compliance tests using CDO Suite. • Analyze and interpret test results to identify potential issues or breaches. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate modeling and reporting. • Maintain documentation and support both audit and regulatory inquiries. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • Proven experience working with CDO Suite for compliance modeling • Strong understanding of structured finance and CDO indenture language • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis • Experience with Solvas or similar structured credit platforms • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Hybrid Working Expectations As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy on physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client's policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that arenaflex Capita requires. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 or even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our clients' demands.
