Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies and processes. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

  • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and process flow diagrams.

  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to understand business needs and priorities.

  • Perform gap analysis and impact assessments on current business processes and systems.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.

  • Assist in change management and training efforts for new systems and processes.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • CBAP Certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional) from IIBA.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis.

  • Strong knowledge of BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) framework.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industries such as Finance, Healthcare, IT, or Retail.

  • Familiarity with SQL, data analytics, and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.
