Accountabilities</b> <br> <ul> <li>Provide drafting/design services, technical advice, and documentation support across civil works projects. <br></li> <li>Focus on post‑construction documentation, inspection checklists, and authority lodgments.<br></li> <li>Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure smooth project flow.<br></li> <li>Report weekly on task allocation hours and progress.<br></li> <li>Uphold Environmental, WH&S, and internal business management standards.<br></li> <li>Deliver allocated work in a timely, cost‑effective, and efficient manner.<br></li> <li>Strive to achieve strategic goals set by management<br></li> </ul><b>Key Duties</b><br> <ul> <li>Confirm scope of work and client requirements.<br></li> <li>Review project data requirements early to avoid delays.<br></li> <li>Deliver products/services in line with project specifications.<br></li> <li>Prepare drafting/design drawings and specifications for:<br></li> <li>Earthworks<br></li> <li>Sediment & erosion control<br></li> <li>Geometric design (roads, carparks, etc.)<br></li> <li>Pavement design (flexible & rigid)<br></li> <li>Stormwater drainage (pipes, channels, detention basins, water quality systems)<br></li> <li>Sewerage reticulation<br></li> <li>Water reticulation<br></li> <li>Prepare bills of quantities and tender documentation.<br></li> <li>Manage tender distribution and review.<br></li> <li>Develop inspection and test checklists for each project.<br></li> <li>Coordinate team attendance for civil works inspections.<br></li> <li>Liaise with clients, project managers, contractors, surveyors, and authorities.<br></li> <li>Review construction documentation and prepare “As Constructed” drawings/packages.<br></li> <li>Manage Urban Utilities processes for Standard and Minor Works applications.<br></li> <li>Prepare “On Maintenance” reports and lodge compliance packages with local authorities.<br></li> <li>Ensure compliance with Environmental and WH&S requirements.<br></li> <li>Take responsibility for adherence to Civil Works Engineers’ Business Management systems.<br></li> </ul><b>Key Strategic Goals</b><br> <ul> <li>Report weekly on
