Bajo las instrucciones del Supervisor o puesto designado, realiza entrada de datos en los programas computadorizados para que los productos terminados sean embarcados al centro de distribución y/o cliente.
A Day In The Life
  • Crea las órdenes para el Centro de Distribución en Arden por las cantidades recibidas de cada catálogo.
  • Entra la información de las paletas al sistema y genera las etiquetas (“labels”) que se le colocarán a las paletas.
  • Analiza las discrepancias de los embarques del Centro de Distribución de Arden.
  • Archiva toda la documentación de los embarques.
  • Se asegura de cumplir y llevar a cabo lo establecido en las Políticas, Procedimientos y Reglas de Seguridad Ocupacional, Calidad y Ambiental.Realiza otras tareas relacionadas a su área de trabajo, según instrucciones del Supervisor o persona designada o podría dar apoyo a cualquier posición del área según le sea requerido.

  • Asociado en Ciencias Secretariales o curso similar, preferible.
  • Dominio de los idiomas Español e Inglés a nivel intermedio, preferible.
  • Se requieren destrezas básicas de matemática tales como: suma, resta, multiplicación y división de números enteros.
  • Experiencia previa, en funciones de manejo de materiales y entrada de datos, preferible.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia práctica en el uso de sistemas computadorizados tales como: Windows®, Web Plan y sistema de control de materiales, preferible.
