Responsibilities

  • Respond to client and potential client inquiries via email and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are always up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.
  • Manage our internal knowledge base, keeping it current and easy to navigate for the team.
  • Foster a thriving client community by answering questions, updating resources, and keeping everyone informed.
  • Handle day-to-day client communication after their purchase, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
  • Support the Client Success, Sales, and Marketing teams with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with a friendly yet professional tone (German language is a plus!).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven experience in client communication and the ability to navigate inquiries with common sense and professionalism.
  • Experience in creating and updating SOPs or similar procedural documentation.
  • Basic understanding of legal vocabulary and the digital nomad landscape (working knowledge of tax-free business structures is a plus).
  • Proficiency in common office software and familiarity with knowledge base management tools is preferred.

This is a key role, so were seeking a candidate with prior experience in client communication. We offer a completely remote part-time position with fixed daily working hours and regular team meetings.
