About the Job Thriveworks is seeking a Supervising Psychiatrist to join our growing team of highly talented mental health professionals! The ideal candidate will share our commitment to quality healthcare and exceptional patient service. In an effort to maintain safety and best practices for our clinicians and patients via telemedicine, Thriveworks does not currently prescribe any stimulant or benzodiazepine medications for adults. We do not currently treat substance use disorders, and make every effort to refer out to an in-person provider when symptoms arise that are too severe to be treated via telemedicine only • **Must live and be licensed in the state of GA. Compensation: • Once the NP starts seeing patients, compensation to the collaborating physician will be $800 per month, per NP Key Responsibilities • Work remotely to provide clinical supervision to our employed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Provide a minimum of 1 time/month supervision (20-30 minutes) per NP using Zoom link provided by Thriveworks. Availability via text/email to answer questions is required M-F during business hours with a response within the same business day. • Chart/Progress note review as required by state laws and governing bodies • Provider may request additional supervision of NP based on clinical need or complexity of NP practice • Completion of a short 1-page arenaflex Document after monthly supervision for each collaborating NP • Stay knowledgeable of company policies and program guidelines • Complete annual training as required by the HR department Requirements: • BC/BE in Psychiatry • Active and Unrestricted Licenses in GA, • A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising residents or mid-levels • Must be willing to take a minimum of 4 NP's • No malpractice payout, licensure disciplinary action, or criminal/professional investigations in the last 5 years • You must have a compact license or be willing to get one or be licensed in multiple states.
