Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (variable start times between 6am–10am, approx. 11-hour shifts)
Salary: £42,900 per annum (£15 per hour) + Weekly Performance Bonus of up to £100 (£5,200 p/a)+ Drop Rate bonus

Job Description

As a Collection and Delivery Driver for Nella Cutlery, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a reliable, friendly, and professional service. You’ll be responsible for the timely collection and delivery of goods while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and delivering customer orders safely and efficiently.
  • Checking for Cash on Delivery orders and ensuring all monies are collected.
  • Verifying Charge Deliveries and obtaining all required customer signatures.
  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately and submitting it in a timely, professional manner.
  • Liaising with senior managers and depot teams to ensure smooth daily operations and report any delivery/customer service issues.
  • Projecting a positive and professional company image at all times, both internally and externally.
  • Conducting daily vehicle checks and maintaining a clean, roadworthy van.
  • Adhering to all traffic laws, company procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
  • Wearing company uniform at all times and personal protective equipment (PPE)

This role requires a strong commitment to service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications / Requirements

To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • At least 24 months of regular driving experience.
