Consultant, Digital Transformation – ERP Strategy

Job Description: • Support all aspects of Due Diligence projects including project set up and kick off, data requests, data analysis, team logistics, site visits, and report generation • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to projects analysis including business process maps, enterprise resource diagrams, value stream maps, root cause analysis, pareto charts, etc. • Support future state planning of Digital and Technology operating models, IT arenaflex synergy analysis, cybersecurity landscape analysis, and application modeling • Contribute to one or multiple workstreams for post-merger integrations, including IT infrastructure consolidation, data migration strategy, and organizational restructuring • Develop Digital and Technology project plans, tools, and templates • Collaborate with team members in the Digital & Technology Practice to ensure relevant and important project information is shared efficiently and effectively • Develop statistical models, analyze client data, and develop presentations • Support senior TriVista team members in all aspects of project assignments as required • Project management – development of Gantt charts, metrics, and expense tracking spreadsheets • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience • Significant project experience in information technology • Understanding of ERP best practices for selection, requirement gathering, and implementation • Balanced understanding of IT systems, operations, and value drivers • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to clearly express ideas and recommendations to a broad arenaflex of client employees from manufacturing personnel to CEOs • Self-motivated with high initiative and drive to complete assignments on time with exceptional quality • Accurate and detail oriented • Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities • Understanding and proficiency using the following software: MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Benefits: • Performance bonuses • Comprehensive benefits package Apply tot his job
