Join our team as a Consumer & Small Business Loan Processor II, where you’ll play a key role in supporting customers through one of the most important financial moments in their lives. You’ll ensure loans are accurate, complete, and ready for closing, while partnering closely with colleagues across lending and underwriting. In this role you'll
  • Manage loan files from approval through closing with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review loan documents for Consumer and Small Business (QuickStep) loans.
  • Communicate with lenders, underwriters, and customers to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze and approve property insurance, title policies, and UCC searches in line with bank policy.
  • Coordinate with title companies, insurance agents, and third-party vendors to keep files moving smoothly.
  • Work closely with Lending Officers, Underwriters, and Credit Analysts to clear conditions and ensure loans are ready for closing.
  • Maintain detailed system records and track progress to meet service standards.
  • Identify issues early and recommend process improvements that support efficiency and consistency.



  • What we're looking for
  • You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • You have 2 or more years of experience in consumer or small business lending or processing (Required).
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
