Position Overview: We are seeking finance experts with strong AI prompting capabilities to create structured guides that transform general-purpose AI into domain-specialized financial tools. This is a project-based opportunity ideal for professionals with both deep finance expertise and practical experience using AI for workflow enhancement. If you are not skilled at working with AI models, this project will not be a good fit. Responsibilities: • Translate complex finance concepts into AI-readable formats. • Prompt, test, and refine AI agents for improved domain-specific performance. • Create reusable instructions, templates, and best practices for AI agents. • Potential to collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers on validation and design. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or greater in Accountancy, ⁠Management, ⁠Media Studies, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Public Relations, Management Consulting. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • 2+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or hedge fund experience preferred. • Strong practical understanding of financial modeling, transactions, or research workflows. • Demonstrated expertise using and prompting AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude, etc.). • Ability to write clear, structured content for both human and AI consumption. • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to work independently.
